Your job as a freelancer is not that easy, you take a lot of responsibilities and you should be disciplined enough to be successful. Pursuing this career can be tough and you should take a lot of time and effort to succeed.Finding the right job that suits what you really what is not that quick, it takes a lot of time and most especially, to be experienced in this field to be more competitive than others. Today's competition is very hard and most of the time, only the best person get the position that they wanted.A freelancer's job can be a bit complicated, a half fun and a half not. Here, I made a list of some of the pros and cons of being a freelancer. PROS: 1. You are the boss. As a freelancer you hire yourself as your own boss, you do the things that you have to do without someone telling you to do so. You have the power over your projects and amount of workload. 2. You get a hold of your time. They have a hold of their time, a regular employee usually goes up at around six in the morning and prepares himself for work while, a freelancer can wake up anytime he wish and doesn't need to prepare himself because he's just working at home. 3. Money is better.An employee takes a lot of overtime at work to have some extra money every pay day. But a freelancer on the other hand can do or don't do that, because even if he works on the same time he's still being paid by the same amount. 4. Stress is less. It is because he works less and works at home, a freelancing career can be less stressful. He can prioritize anything first and he can actually choose not to work if he feels not working. CONS: 1. You do less of what you are doing. A regular employee has quotas and targets to make for them to show their productivity and for them to work hard as well, if you are a workaholic person this will not work for you. 2. You have to manage yourself well. By choosing this field; you should be manageable enough and responsible enough for every task. You should be able to prioritize the wants and the needs.

freelance consultant careers has it's pros and cons. However, if you choose this field you should be able to manage your time wisely.
